3. User Responsibilities

You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
You must not use the Service to post illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
AI-generated content must be properly disclosed in accordance with TikTok's policies.

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Palfable to publish content and retrieve analytics data on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any actions taken by TikTok regarding your account, including content removal or account restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
